What exactly is a jewelry party?
Glad you thought to inquire. This is the opportunity to have a jewelry artist come to your home and display all his handcrafted designs for all your friends to see…

Essentially, we collaborate together to come up with a mutually comfortable evening for me to come set-up my tables and showcase my work at your house. You invite friends, family, colleagues and anyone whom you think might appreciate meeting me and seeing my gemstone jewelry. You serve some drinks and hors d’oeuvres and I stay for a few hours of fun.

Is there any minimum amount that is needed to be purchased?
Absolutely not! I am confident that if you can gather a few friends, my jewelry will sell itself. I don’t have any expectations of a certain amount of sales, and I always make sure to bring jewelry ranging anywhere from $15 on up.

How many guests do I need to invite?
There is no minimum. All I ask is that whomever you invite is open to meeting me and allowing me to tell them about my gemstone jewelry designing passion.

As the host, do I receive anything?
Absolutely! I always give a piece of jewelry to the host for free, as well as a nice discount on anything that you might choose to purchase in addition to the gift.

Does the jewelry party have to be limited to only private homes?
No. I am more then happy to discuss having a jewelry party in an office, as a fundraiser, in a restaurant or any other idea you might have. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss in more details.

What exactly is a trunk show?

A trunk show is an event arranged by a museum, store or jewelry boutique in which they invite a special jewelry artist to come exhibit his jewelry to the stores established customer base.

Is there a particular gemstone or color combination you love?
Don’t worry. If I don’t have the material you like, chances are I can find it. I have developed gemstone sources worldwide and I can reach out to my contacts. In addition, each year I go to the largest gem and mineral show in the world located in Tucson, AZ in January. I have access to the entire world of gemstones there. If I don’t happen to have your gemstones in stock, I would be glad to hunt for it for you at the gem show or through my contacts. I can take pictures and text or email them to you while I am in AZ and we can discuss the particulars. Then when I return, I can begin designing your piece.

How long does a custom piece of jewelry take?
This really depends on the particular design you are seeking and how busy I am with my jewelry events. Generally speaking, a custom piece of jewelry takes about two weeks to finalize.

Do you have to pay upfront before the piece is even designed?
The way I feel most comfortable handling this situation is that if I already have the materials in stock we are using to design your piece, then no money is required until I have completed the design and you have approved it by seeing photos. Then once you pay, I ship it out to you.

If I do not have the materials in stock and need to purchase them, then I ask for a 50% deposit to cover those costs and I will collect the remainder once you have approved the piece by seeing it with photos.

Do I design bridal jewelry?
Yes I do! I have had the privilege to design jewelry for entire jewelry parties, for the bride to be, for the mother of the bride, as gifts for the wedding party, etc.

How long does bridal jewelry usually take to design?
That generally depends on how many pieces I am making for you and how intricate the designs are. On average, two weeks is a good estimation of how long bridal jewelry will take. I am open to rush jobs if my time permits. I am more then happy to discuss your ideas and budget anytime you like. Please feel free to call me.

What is gemstone sourcing?
It is finding you that perfect gemstone that you have always wanted to own, but have never been able to find yourself. Since my father has been in the gemstone wholesaling business for over forty years, I have had the opportunity to develop incredible resources worldwide. Through my dad, I often have access directly to the mine owners and importers of the goods. This has enabled me to have access to most gemstone materials. And since I take my annual gemstone buying trip out to the largest gem and mineral show in the world in Tucson, AZ, I can often find what you are looking for and offer it to you for a very fair price.

Will sourcing a gemstone cost anything?
No! Not to go look for you. I don’t charge a thing to do this service. I don’t promise I can find you what you want, but over the years, I have brought back many items for customers that they absolutely loved and would not have been able to find themselves. I really enjoy the hunt!

How do I get paid for doing this service?
Because of the relationships I have developed over the years, I have access to gemstone materials for phenomenal prices, well below your standard wholesale costs. Therefore, I can find what you are looking for and offer it to you for a very fair price and build in my cost for sourcing you the material you are seeking.

What is gem bead wholesaling?
Since my father has been in the gemstone wholesaling business for over forty years, I have had the opportunity to develop incredible wholesale resources worldwide. Through my dad, I often have access directly to the mine owners and importers of the goods. This has enabled me to have access to gemstone materials for phenomenal prices, well below your standard wholesale costs. Therefore, I can wholesale gemstone bead strands, cabochons, minerals, findings, etc. at fantastic prices.

Do I have to be in the jewelry industry to receive wholesale prices?

Am I responsible for paying for the material without seeing it?
Absolutely not! I will be in contact with you via text/email with photos. I am also very happy to make you a video of what I find. We can speak on the phone to discuss the item and the price it will cost you. If you agree that it is what you are looking for, I would ask you to pay me the quoted price before I purchased it from my source. Then I would either bring it home with me and deliver it to you in person if you are local, or ship it to you immediately with insurance which would be included in the initial quoted price.

Do you need natural gemstone cabochons at wholesale prices?
Currently, I have a large stock of top grade cabochons in many different gemstone materials. As a stone cutter, I am always cutting cabs that are available for purchase. These are all custom cut with beautiful shapes and varying sizes. The cabochons range from 2-50 grams. Examples of stones I have in stock are; labradorite, lapis, various jaspers, amazonite, turquoise, chrysocolla, thulite, sodalite, chrysoprase, amethyst, blue opal, druzy, various agates, etc. Please reach out and I will be happy to send you photos of what I have on hand at the moment.

Do I give donations?
Yes I do! I love to donate pieces to worthy causes. Please feel free to contact me about discussing a donation. I generally have pieces on-hand that I can donate. If for some reason my stock is low, I would be happy to custom design something fitting for your particular circumstance.
