my guarantee

What exactly is my guarantee?
My jewelry design work is 100% guaranteed. This means if something I designed breaks from normal wear or something tarnishes over time or is not working properly, I am more then happy to fix it for free. All I ask is that you send it to me at your expense and I will be happy to fix it and send it back at my expense.

If you dropped a gemstone necklace as you were putting it on and some of the stones shattered on the ground. Or, if Lulu the dog decided she wanted to use the earrings you purchased from me as her new toy. Well, it is not realistic to expect me to be responsible for certain scenarios. Please have a legitimate reason why I should fix the piece for free.

Pricing Info

Why don’t I have pricing on this website?

Most pieces I design are one-of-a-kind, with the exception of my stretch rings and some earrings. That means that no two pieces are exactly the same and therefore, no prices are exactly the same. The weight of the gemstones used in the design affects the price of each piece because I purchase my gemstones based on their weight. And the time it took to cut and design the piece also affects the price. This website is currently used more as a portfolio, all though many of the pieces are available. If you see something you like, please reach out to me and I will gladly let you know the price and if it is available for purchase.

Can I work within your budget on pricing?

Absolutely! I am more then happy to design a piece of jewelry that is tailored to your specific budget. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss what you are interested in and how much you can afford. I have done custom designs for many happy customers over the years.

Do I offer discounts for multiple piece purchases?

That really depends on what and how much many you are buying. I always price my jewelry as fairly as possible based upon how much investment and time I have put into each piece. I am happy to discuss some discount on a purchase involving multiple pieces, and if I am able to and you ask nicely, I will gladly give you a discount. If the items you have selected are already priced at the lowest I can go, then I will have to stick with the quoted price.

What exactly is my return policy?
All sales are final and there will not be a cash refund given from a purchase that took place at one of my shows face to face. Now, I am more then happy to discuss an exchange or a credit with you on a case by case basis. Ultimately, I want to ensure that you are a happy customer and am willing to be flexible within reason.

If there is a defect with a piece of my jewelry that you receive that has been shipped to you, I am open to discussing a refund or exchange. Please reach out to me and we can discuss this over the phone.

How do I receive my order?
I generally ship with the USPS. In all my years of shipping jewelry worldwide, I have yet to have a piece lost, thankfully! Within the USA, once shipped, the package usually takes about 3 to 5 days. I always get a tracking number in case any issues arise.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. My credit processing is done through ProPay, a very reputable and secure payment processing system.
